Just for kicks II

“Do you see me say the words “Fran cheats?” I was making an inference. See how it could have been more honestly represented?” – Sapient

“Well, all I gotta say is, Thank you, Brian, for admitting that your “inference” was unwarranted to begin with. I guess that really means I’m not a cheater then.” – Fran

See just for kicks part 1 for the elusive self pwn. Did you see me say my inference was unwarranted? Do you see how Fran could have been more honest representing what I said?

One of my favorite quotes from Jake is,”The hardest thing to do in life is to see things as they are, not as you want them to be.” Theists see things as they want them to be in matters of gods, not as they are. Seeing things as you want them to be rather than how they are is dishonest to the one person that matters the most, yourself. It’s sad to see when humans let this dogma taught by religion funnel over in to other unrelated areas of their life. Like how to treat their wife, their children, themselves, etc. Losing sight of how things are, rather than how you want them to be is somewhere at the core of all the people who have killed in the name of religion.

Run from theists
